Necessary evil or opportunity for the future?

At the beginning, the innovative spirit of my training farm and thus also the EIP Agri project DaLeA were viewed with skepticism from the employee's point of view. The more I get involved with this cultivation system, the clearer the opportunities for agricultural practice become. In order to respond to the current challenges posed by weather, politics and society, we farmers must actively seek solutions.

Therefore, the decision was made to deal with the topic "Effects of a permanent clover undersowing on yield, quality and N-efficiency in winter wheat" on Gut Westerwald in the crop year 2022/2023 in my "Meister" project.

As a future farmer, I am looking forward to conducting the nitrogen increase trial. I am curious about the results and their implementation in practice!
